Chief Engineer - AI Test & Evaluation (T&E)

Responsibilities

• Architect a T&E system centered on operational outcomes, analyzing AI models, data engineering, and user workflows
• Serve as a senior technical advisor and strategic partner to government customers
• Translate T&E findings into actionable engineering recommendations for system developers
• Drive program execution including schedule, budget, and successful delivery
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and scientists

Requirements

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance
• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D with a focus on AI/ML and Test & Evaluation
• Proven track record of managing high-performing technical teams
• Deep understanding of software development principles, methods, and tools
• Experience in business development and program capture within the DoD or IC
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
