About the Company

Lindus Therapeutics is transforming clinical trials to power biology's century. We are building a platform for radically faster, more reliable clinical trials, helping breakthrough treatments reach patients more quickly. Having powered over 100 clinical trials since 2021, we are now expanding our portfolio of in-licensed assets.

Responsibilities

  • Own clinical development strategy across the LTx portfolio to reach value-generating Phase 2 proof-of-concept readouts
  • Design Phase 1 and Phase 2 studies, including dose-escalation, endpoints, and biomarker approaches
  • Lead scientific and clinical diligence on shortlisted assets to determine developability
  • Build and direct a virtual development organization of fractional and consultant experts in CMC, regulatory, and pharmacology
  • Partner with Corporate Development on asset evaluation, deal structuring, and negotiation
  • Lead regulatory interactions with the FDA, EMA, and other global agencies
  • Represent the development thesis to investors, partners, and the board

Requirements

  • Senior clinical development leadership experience in pharma or biotech
  • Proven track record leading clinical programs through Phase 1 and Phase 2 in multiple non-oncology therapeutic areas
  • Experience with in-licensed and partnered assets
  • Expertise in designing studies for Phase 2 proof-of-concept with clear exit strategies
  • Experience engaging with the FDA and EMA on IND strategy and early development
  • Ability to manage a lean, virtual organization of specialists
  • Proficiency with AI tools for research and analysis
