About the role

About the Company

Lindus Health is transforming clinical trials by building a more efficient infrastructure to bring breakthrough treatments to patients faster. Having powered over 100 clinical trials since 2021, the company is disrupting the outdated CRO model through a mission-driven, high-growth approach.

Responsibilities

  • Own clinical development strategy across the Lindus Therapeutics portfolio to reach value-generating Phase 2 proof-of-concept readouts.
  • Design Phase 1 and Phase 2 studies, including dose-escalation, endpoints, patient populations, and biomarker approaches.
  • Lead scientific and clinical diligence on shortlisted assets to determine developability.
  • Build and direct a virtual development organization of fractional and consultant CMC, regulatory, and pharmacology experts.
  • Partner with Corporate Development on asset evaluation, deal structuring, and negotiation.
  • Lead regulatory interactions with the FDA, EMA, and other global agencies.
  • Represent the development thesis to investors, partners, and the board.

Requirements

  • Senior clinical development leadership experience in pharma or biotech.
  • Proven track record leading clinical programs through Phase 1 and Phase 2 in multiple non-oncology therapeutic areas.
  • Experience with in-licensed and partnered assets.
  • Expertise in designing studies specifically aimed at generating exit-ready data for acquirers.
  • Experience engaging with the FDA and EMA on IND strategies and early development.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and make hard prioritization calls.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for research, planning, and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building development capability through a network of specialists rather than large internal departments.
  • Strong understanding of CMC and regulatory requirements for Phase 2 packages.
