Responsibilities

• Deconstruct D&C processes to identify bottlenecks and reduce cost and time to build
• Lead build-to exercises at scale to optimize product delivery within budgets
• Build and manage strong partnerships with key construction firms
• Lead the design function and partner on new product lines
• Own the end-to-end real estate pipeline including sourcing, deal structure, and negotiation
• Manage a complex deal funnel to ensure sufficient pipeline for future signing
• Serve as a core member of the executive team to drive cross-functional decisions
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product to align on priorities

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise in construction and design
• Strong fluency in commercial real estate
• Proven track record of owning and scaling a physical development or real estate platform at the executive level
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across different geographies
• Strong financial and business acumen regarding unit economics and EBITDA
• Proven ability to drive results in ambiguous, fast-moving conditions
• Experience operating as part of a senior leadership team
