Dental Intelligence is the leading player in the SaaS analytics and workflow space for dental practices. Launched in 2015, our platform helps nearly 9,000 dental practices manage and grow their practices by automating busy work and providing actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer experience across all market segments, including onboarding, product adoption, customer success, and support.
• Define and own the customer lifecycle strategy from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR), gross retention, and churn reduction.
• Build and scale a high-performing support organization to improve CSAT and resolution quality.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to implement scalable CRM and CS tools.
• Align customer teams with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to represent the voice of the customer.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the Customer Success, Support, and Onboarding teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Customer Success, Support, or Customer Experience leadership roles in SaaS
• 5+ years in executive leadership (CCO, VP CS, or equivalent)
• Proven track record of improving retention, NRR, and customer satisfaction
• Experience managing onboarding, support, and success functions across multiple segments
• Deep expertise in customer lifecycle management and retention strategies
• Strong analytical and operational mindset with experience in CRM/CS tools
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
