Chief Concrete Construction Foreman

Responsibilities

• Directing supervisors, subcontractors, and site preparation staff
• Creating schedules and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Monitoring adherence to safety and health plans during execution
• Coordinating work and schedules with fellow chief foremen of other disciplines
• Managing project progress, costs, and communicating solutions to project leaders and clients
• Organizing quality controls

Requirements

• Mbo 4 or HBO level in civil engineering, road, water, or soil construction
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a supervisor in civil engineering
• Knowledge of project planning, contract agreements, progress statements, and safety regulations
• Strong communicative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain overview and calm under high pressure
