Chief Concierge

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the concierge and bell team to deliver world-class guest service
• Oversee daily concierge operations to ensure smooth and efficient service at all times
• Assist guests with reservations, transportation, directions, recommendations, and special requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, service providers, and tourism organizations
• Handle VIP arrivals, special amenities, and personalized service arrangements
• Monitor departmental performance and implement service improvements
• Manage scheduling, team performance, and departmental communication
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Chief Concierge or 5+ years in a luxury hotel front-of-house role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of local attractions, services, and cultural offerings
• Outstanding guest relations and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in hotel systems such as Opera or similar
• Professional appearance and ability to handle demanding situations gracefully
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage
