Chief Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive compliance strategy aligned with growth priorities in private credit, CLO management, and real estate
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the SEC and other regulatory bodies
• Oversee investment compliance monitoring across public and private assets
• Lead the design and implementation of the Firm’s compliance program, focusing on SPV oversight and private lending
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Investment teams to integrate compliance within the broader risk management framework
• Build and lead a high-performing compliance team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Law
• 10+ years of progressive compliance or legal experience in investment advisory or asset management
• 10+ years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated expertise in private credit, CLOs, structured finance, and commercial real estate
• Deep knowledge of SEC regulations and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (JD, MBA)
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or IACCP
• Familiarity with LSTA guidance or similar frameworks
