Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the full commercial strategy across the government market
• Set and deliver against company-wide revenue targets, margin goals, and growth KPIs
• Build, scale, and lead a world-class enterprise sales organization
• Identify, negotiate, and close transformational multi-year agreements with government agencies
• Serve as the commercial integrator across product, clinical, marketing, legal, and finance
• Partner with government affairs and regulatory leadership to ensure alignment with healthcare policy
• Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class commercial organization
• Represent Hippocratic AI as a recognized industry authority at the highest levels of enterprise and government

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 15-20+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience
• Significant tenure as a senior revenue or go-to-market executive (VP of Sales, CRO, CCO, or equivalent)
• Proven government sales experience with federal, state, or local agencies
• Track record of navigating complex public sector procurement processes
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
• Proven ability to recruit and lead high-growth commercial teams

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution
• Prior experience as a CCO, CRO, or President of a healthcare AI or digital health company
• Experience scaling commercial operations in government/public sector channels
• Experience navigating FDA, CMS, or state-level regulatory environments
• Familiarity with AI/ML product commercialization and value-based care models
