Chief Commercial Officer, GTM

Responsibilities

• Own the entire commercial lifecycle including new logo acquisition, account expansion, and renewals across North America
• Drive Net ACV, renewal rates, and net revenue retention
• Design GTM architecture including territory design, account segmentation, and coverage models
• Build and own detailed pipeline generation plans and partner with Marketing on demand generation
• Manage annual and multi-year sales planning, headcount planning, and quota design
• Architect compensation plans and governance
• Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing commercial team of approximately 15 people
• Co-own the GTM-facing product roadmap with the Product team
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering and Professional Services to ensure seamless client outcomes

Requirements

• 15+ years in B2B enterprise sales
• 10+ years in a senior leadership role owning a P&L or multi-segment territory
• Deep domain knowledge in institutional investment management (asset managers, hedge funds, etc.)
• Proven track record scaling revenue in a hybrid SaaS + services model
• Experience designing compensation plans, territory models, and headcount plans
• Familiarity with FinTech, data, and SaaS landscapes serving financial services
• Executive presence for C-suite and investment committee level engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or rebuilding sales organizations from the ground up
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities using pipeline and retention metrics
