Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture across systems, software, data, infrastructure, and integrations
• Define architecture principles, standards, roadmaps, and reference architectures
• Translate customer needs and product direction into coherent, implementable architectures
• Lead key technology decisions, evaluations, and proof-of-concepts
• Govern architecture through reviews, decision frameworks, and stakeholder alignment
• Ensure non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, reliability, and security are addressed
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, integration complexity, and architectural debt

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software, systems engineering, communications technology, or solution architecture
• Previous experience in senior architecture roles such as Chief, Principal, or Lead Architect
• Proven track record of defining and governing end-to-end architectures
• Experience with architecture governance, including design reviews and ADRs
• Proficiency working across software, infrastructure, data, security, and integrations
• Experience with complex system integration, preferably in regulated or defence-related domains
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English
