Chief Administrative Officer

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the senior executive leadership team and advise the CEO on operational strategy and resource management
• Provide executive oversight for all administrative and operational support services across the organization
• Ensure operational functions support the mission, programs, and long-term strategic objectives of the organization
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate long-term planning for facilities, infrastructure, and operational capacity to support program growth
• Oversee diverse disciplines including facilities, security, transportation, land management, agriculture, and risk management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, facilities management, organizational leadership, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of executive or senior leadership experience in operations or administration
• Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple operational disciplines within large or complex organizations
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi-department operational systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in property management, land stewardship, infrastructure development, or capital projects
