Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, and train the accounting department staff
• Establish and improve internal accounting processes including revenue, expenditure, and inventory management
• Oversee the implementation and operation of ERP systems
• Manage VAT refund dossiers for exports and control tax risks
• Manage cash flow, bank credit limits, and international payment operations (L/C, T/T)
• Monitor production cost calculations and optimize production norms
• Analyze financial indicators and advise the Board of Directors on financial strategy and investment plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance
• Mandatory Chief Accountant Certificate
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing or import-export industries
• Deep understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), Tax Law, and Incoterms
• Experience implementing or operating ERP systems
• Strong leadership and team training skills
• Proficiency in financial English is an advantage
