Responsibilities

• Direct management of an accounting team of 4 collaborators
• Organization, planning, and supervision of accounting work
• Technical support and skill development for the team
• Supervision of general accounting for the scope of companies
• Management of quarterly closings and annual year-end closings
• Supervision of tax obligations including tax returns, real estate VAT, and DAS2
• Participation in the development and evolution of the Primpromo business software
• Contribution to accounting projects and updating accounting procedures

Requirements

• Higher education in accounting (Bac +5, DSCG, DESCF, MSTCF, or Master CCA)
• Significant experience in accounting within the real estate development or construction-sales sector
• Experience in a multi-company environment
• Proficiency in managing large volumes of financial flows
• Mastery of Sage 1000 and Sage Fiscalité software
