Responsibilities

• Teach chess to K-12 students in after-school programs across Boston schools and communities
• Develop and deliver age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for 6 to 18-week terms
• Create a fun, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled class
• Inspire students to develop a passion for chess and personal growth

Requirements

• Experience teaching school-age children
• Passion for chess, teaching, and child development
• Ability to create engaging, structured lessons
