Cherry Picker Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry picker and other powered industrial equipment to pick, pack, and move product
• Load, unload, and stage products for shipping and receiving
• Stock inventory and replenish assigned areas within the distribution center
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to accurately track inventory
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and meet productivity standards
• Work at heights up to 40 feet while utilizing required safety harness equipment

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working at heights (up to 40 feet)
• Ability to lift 10–55 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for 6–10 hours in a warehouse environment
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with temperature variations (25°F to 105°F)
• Must be willing to become certified through the company’s Lift Truck Training Program

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Prior experience operating powered industrial equipment
