Responsibilities

• Execute physicochemical tests on products and raw materials at various process stages
• Perform sampling and prepare reagents, buffers, and rinse solutions
• Document all analytical activities following Good Documentation Practices (BPD)
• Manage samples and analytical data in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (BPL)
• Control inventory for reagents, consumables, and necessary laboratory materials
• Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is clean, calibrated, and properly supplied
• Participate in the update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on current regulations
• Notify management immediately of any significant findings in processes or equipment
• Comply with industrial safety and hygiene guidelines and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Q.F.B., Q.F.I., L.F., I.B.Q., Q.B.P., I.Q., Q.I., or a related pharmaceutical, chemical, or biological field
• Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
• Knowledge of NOM-059-SSA1 and NOM-241-SSA1 regulations
• Technical English proficiency (minimum 60% in reading, comprehension, and conversation)
• Strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices (BPD) and Good Laboratory Practices (BPL)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with trend analysis in a laboratory setting
• Proficiency with LEAN manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies
