Responsibilities

• Conduct testing according to SOP and QA/QC procedures in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025
• Adhere to group HSE safety procedures and local regulations
• Establish and review laboratory operating procedures
• Ensure all quality manuals and procedures are appropriately documented and followed
• Review and issue test reports and certificates professionally
• Verify accuracy of Proficiency Testing Programme or Round Robin results
• Maintain Good Housekeeping and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
• Report hazards, risks, near-misses, and incidents in the Crystal system
• Meet all Operational Integrity Management System (OIMS) requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a relevant analytical laboratory
• Ability to understand required test standards and procedures
• Good communication and written skills in English and/or local language
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in oil testing
• Experience in agriculture analysis
