Chemist Oligo

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and monitor manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical active oligonucleotides at the interface with R&D.
• Prepare and complete batch documentation in compliance with GMP standards.
• Make critical decisions regarding production progress during key process steps.
• Coordinate corrective actions in the event of unexpected results, equipment issues, or compliance deficiencies.
• Identify and implement potential improvements for production plants and workflows.
• Manage the procurement of equipment, solvents, and raw materials for production campaigns.
• Oversee maintenance and cleaning protocols for production apparatus and facilities.
• Initiate and interpret in-process controls and sampling results.

Requirements

• University or FH degree in Chemistry.
• Strong understanding of technical processes and automated production plants.
• Highly reliable, independent, and capable of working effectively in a team.
• Structured, clean, and organized working style.
• Fluency in German and good proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a GMP environment.
