Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients to ensure long-term trust
- Serve as the link between clients and environmental analysis laboratories
- Identify and define the technical and organizational challenges of projects
- Manage daily project operations including planning, monitoring, and anomaly management
- Respond to client requests regarding analytical results and billing
- Contribute to client satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Maintain technical watch and participate in deploying innovative solutions
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Chemistry
- Previous experience in client relations, ideally in an environmental laboratory or SSP consultancy
- Strong reactivity and service orientation
- Highly organized and autonomous with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with ease
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
