Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate innovative ingredients and formulations for the personal care and cosmetics market
• Analyze performance and propose optimizations in testing methods for cosmetic products
• Solve formulation challenges with increasing autonomy, balancing technical performance and economic viability
• Collaborate on cross-functional innovation projects and prepare technical documentation for customer support
• Identify improvements in formulation logic, application techniques, and analytical reliability
• Ensure laboratory operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related fields
• Active CRQ registration
• 3+ years of experience in a Personal Care application laboratory
• Advanced English proficiency for interacting with international teams and clients
• Availability to work onsite in Suzano, São Paulo
