Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and monitor manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical oligonucleotides under GMP conditions
• Prepare, document, and complete batch documentation in compliance with GMP standards
• Create, review, and approve recipes for automated manufacturing steps
• Make critical decisions regarding production flow during key process steps
• Initiate and coordinate corrective actions for unexpected results, equipment issues, or compliance gaps
• Identify and implement process improvement measures within your area of responsibility
• Order necessary equipment, solvents, and raw materials for production campaigns
• Manage maintenance and cleaning protocols for production equipment and facilities
• Oversee in-process controls and interpret analytical results

Requirements

• University or University of Applied Sciences degree in Chemistry or a related scientific/technical field
• Strong understanding of technical systems and automated manufacturing plants
• Highly reliable, independent, and capable of working effectively within a team
• Structured, clean, and organized working style
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Experience working in a GMP environment is preferred
• Experience in oligonucleotide manufacturing and handling is preferred
