Chemist

Responsibilities

• Synthesize active ingredients and intermediates using liquid-phase or solid-phase peptide synthesis technologies
• Ensure timely production of active ingredients under both GMP and non-GMP conditions
• Provide chemical-technical expertise to support daily production operations
• Contribute to the optimization, scale-up, and automation of manufacturing processes
• Implement new or optimized processes into the production environment
• Participate in investment projects involving the procurement, qualification, and commissioning of innovative production plants

Requirements

• University or University of Applied Sciences degree in Chemistry
• Deep understanding of technical plants and a strong interest in cross-functional technical topics
• Proven project leadership and professional management skills
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency
• Analytical, conceptual, and practical working style
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of process recipe and automation, specifically PCS7
