Chemist

Responsibilities

• Handle internal and external customer inquiries within the technical customer service team
• Provide expert advice to customers regarding the selection of appropriate analyses
• Respond to questions concerning analysis results and pricing information
• Manage communication with subcontractors
• Handle the reporting of results to customers and perform basic billing tasks

Requirements

• University degree in natural sciences
• Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Highly structured, accurate, and quality-conscious approach to work
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and take ownership of tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in laboratory work
• Experience in customer service roles
• Strong proficiency with laboratory data systems
