About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle internal and external customer inquiries within the technical customer service team
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding the selection of appropriate analyses
- Respond to questions concerning analysis results and pricing information
- Manage communication with subcontractors
- Handle the reporting of results to customers and perform basic billing tasks
Requirements
- University degree in natural sciences
- Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly structured, accurate, and quality-conscious approach to work
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and take ownership of tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in laboratory work
- Experience in customer service roles
- Strong proficiency with laboratory data systems
