Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production plants and machinery in accordance with manufacturer and safety regulations
• Utilize and manage storage and process control systems
• Adhere to all regulations regarding quality, occupational safety, plant safety, health, and environmental protection
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of production plants to enhance availability and safety
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the assigned area of responsibility

Requirements

• Completed training as a Chemical Technician, Chemical Production Specialist, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Machine and Plant Operator)
• Experience with production plants, ideally within the chemical industry
• Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Physical resilience and willingness to work in shifts
• Ability to work in a team with a quality-oriented and responsible approach
• Good proficiency in written and spoken German
