Responsibilities

• Manufacture battery chemicals while ensuring safe, high-quality production
• Prepare technical systems, including the provision, weighing, and proper storage of raw materials
• Execute, control, and monitor chemical reactions according to manufacturing specifications and calculate batch sizes
• Support the scale-up, optimization, and further development of production processes
• Handle packaging and conditioning of battery chemicals, including drying, filling, and internal transport
• Perform product analyses, document work steps and results, and calculate material consumption

Requirements

• Completed training as a Chemikant (m/w/d), Production Specialist in Chemistry, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a chemical production facility is preferred
• Experience handling chemical plants, hazardous substances, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Structured, careful, and independent working style with a high awareness of quality and safety
• Team player with reliability and the willingness to take responsibility in a technical laboratory environment
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage
