Chemie- & Pharmatechnologe im Schichtbetrieb - Wirkstoffherstellung & Lyophilisation

Responsibilities

• Perform production work in cleanrooms, including working with isolators and highly potent active ingredients
• Operate, monitor, set up, and clean production equipment, specifically lyophilizers, under GMP conditions
• Prepare cleanrooms and provide necessary materials, equipment, and tools before production begins
• Execute all work steps in compliance with GMP and maintain seamless documentation (manufacturing instructions, batch documentation, logbooks)
• Handle active substances and hazardous materials safely and responsibly in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Organize the work area independently and proactively identify deviations or suggest improvements

Requirements

• Completed training as a Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe/-login EFZ (or equivalent) or at least 3 years of professional experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical production environment
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment with a strong understanding of quality and documentation
• Experience in cleanroom production; knowledge of handling isolators is an advantage
• Ability to work in a 6-4 shift system (6 days on, 4 days off)
• Structured, responsible working style and ability to work effectively in a team
