Chemie- & Pharmatechnologe im Schichtbetrieb - Chromatographie

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical process steps in a production environment, including cyclization, decarboxylation, folding, and distillation according to manufacturing instructions
• Prepare and handle buffers, solutions, solvents, active ingredients, and suspensions
• Manage filtration of process and product solutions, including packing and unpacking chromatography columns
• Execute process controls such as scanning, weighing, calibrating pH meters, and sampling for analysis
• Operate automation systems including SIMATIC PCS7 / PAX X, WinCC, and SIMATIC Batch

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe EFZ (or equivalent) or at least 3 years of professional experience in chemical or pharmaceutical production
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and a high level of quality awareness
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
• Availability to work in shift models (e.g., 3-3-3 or 6-4 shift patterns)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
• Knowledge of HPLC or Ultrafiltration (UF/DF)
• Experience with electronic Batch Records (e.g., PAS-X)
• Familiarity with production plants and reactors
