Chemie- & Pharmatechnologe im Schichtbetrieb

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-purpose steel-enamel reactors (100 - 1000 L) ranging from manual to automated (PCS7)
• Perform chemical reactions involving highly reactive reagents, distillations, extractions, and filtrations
• Conduct basic laboratory tasks including pH measurements, thin-layer chromatography, and loss on drying
• Execute assembly and disassembly of valves and lines, as well as minor maintenance work
• Manufacture peptide and non-peptide (LPPS) compounds on a 20 – 150 kg scale under GMP and non-GMP conditions

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or at least 3 years of professional experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
• Practical experience in chemical synthesis and operating multi-purpose reactors
• Willingness to perform physical work
• Availability for a 3-3-3 shift system (3 early, 3 late, 3 days off)
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is highly preferred
• Knowledge of PLS (PCS 7) or MES (PAS-X) is an advantage
