Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and clean various reactors and filter dryers
• Perform GMP-compliant documentation of all work steps, including batch records, logbooks, and cleaning instructions
• Ensure all activities strictly adhere to GMP, occupational safety, and environmental protection regulations
• Carry out scheduled maintenance work
• Participate in continuous improvement processes by analyzing workflows and supporting sustainable optimizations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or at least 3 years of professional experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working within a GMP-regulated environment
• Practical experience in organic synthesis is desirable
• Experience operating multi-purpose reactors
• Willingness to work in a 6-4 shift system (6 days on, 4 days off)
• Knowledge of PLS (PCS 7), MES (PAS-X), and SAP is an advantage
