Chemical Worker

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various production plants and machinery
• Follow established production plans and workflows to achieve daily targets
• Perform quality controls on products throughout the production process
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production issues
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines as needed
• Participate in regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements

• School leaving certificate or equivalent required
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
• Willingness to work early and late shifts (2-shift operation) and occasionally on Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational training in manufacturing or production
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
