Chemical Stripping Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical stripping operations of coatings based on internal and customer specifications
• Complete all required pre-process and post-process documentation
• Conduct 10X visual and dimensional inspections on stripped customer parts to evaluate for non-conformities
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following strict guidelines and procedures regarding hazardous chemicals
• Collaborate closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams to ensure production standards
• Work second shift (03:00pm – 11:30pm), Wednesday through Sunday

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of related experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong manual dexterity for handling small parts and inspection tools
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Reliability and ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required
