Chemical Raw Materials Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the negotiation and procurement of raw materials for specific divisions and key customer accounts.
• Generate and issue national and international purchase orders based on planning requirements and management approval.
• Organize and attend supplier meetings, ensuring all minutes and follow-up actions are documented.
• Assist business units in estimating costs for new imported products by optimizing international logistics and consolidation.
• Monitor the delivery status of both local and international purchase orders.
• Conduct annual supplier evaluations in accordance with established company procedures.
• Manage supplier creation and evaluation within the internal system.
• Support the maintenance and tracking of departmental key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Proven experience working within the chemical and raw materials sector.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong orientation toward results, customer service, and teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure with high precision and commitment.
