About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage Ketaspire PEEK resin operations, including manufacturing, process, systems, quality, and accounting.
  • Ensure safe operations by identifying and resolving unsafe acts and conditions within the unit.
  • Resolve operational difficulties and provide technical problem-solving to eliminate nonconforming materials.
  • Debottleneck production to increase run rates and achieve targeted production costs.
  • Develop and implement capital projects to support unit improvements.
  • Track and communicate key performance measurements including yields, costs, reliability, and quality metrics.
  • Support ISO, RCMS, and VPP requirements and serve as an internal auditor.
  • Perform required safety audits, JSA’s, and participate in PSM, PHA, and PSSR field reviews.
  • Maintain working knowledge of environmental standards, permit limits, and hazardous waste rules (RCRA).

Requirements

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of manufacturing experience.
