Chemical Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of process safety, quality, and customer service within your area of responsibility.
• Address immediate, tactical needs of the site-based team while managing long-term, strategic projects.
• Lead and execute process engineering projects to drive continuous improvement and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Introduce new products and design or optimize processes for both existing and new product lines.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute (IITs, ICT, NITs, BITS, or equivalent).
• 2–8 years of experience as a Chemical Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in process engineering, including greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Proficiency in heat and mass balance calculations and the design of unit operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English and effective communication skills across all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with software such as Aspen or Hysys.
• Experience with statistical tools.
