Chemical Plant Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate, prepare, and monitor the CMC plant and individual equipment
• Monitor processes via control systems and through field inspections
• Perform sampling and conduct simple analyses
• Execute plant cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and equipment
• Participate actively in troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
• Document process data, quality data, and work results

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Chemikant (Chemical Plant Operator)
• Willingness to work in a continuous shift rotation
• High level of safety and quality awareness
• Proficiency in IT systems and standard Office software
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience working as a plant operator
• Knowledge of SAP systems
