Chemical Plant Operator

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate continuous and discontinuous production plants for the manufacture of waxes
• Independently prepare raw materials and fill production plants
• Control and monitor apparatus, aggregates, and pipelines; report or resolve malfunctions
• Maintain production logs and conduct routine maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Take production samples and perform necessary analyses
• Record production quantities and feedback production orders in SAP
• Package products into sacks and big bags using semi-automatic scales

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Chemical Plant Operator (Chemikant) or equivalent
• Professional experience in a production environment is preferred
• Willingness to learn new IT programs; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• High level of reliability, resilience, and ability to work independently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a shift system
