About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the safe and efficient operation of reactor systems and supporting equipment
- Operate automated production equipment and monitor process performance
- Perform batching and packing operations to meet quality and safety standards
- Complete routine inspections, maintenance tasks, and accurate production documentation
- Identify deviations and contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements
- Experience as a production or manufacturing operator
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work scheduled night shifts (B shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Willingness to develop a working knowledge of process chemistry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automated production equipment
- Forklift experience
