About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment used in adhesive manufacturing
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch sheets, and safety guidelines
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency
  • Perform material handling activities including raw material charging, drum handling, and inventory movements
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety documentation
  • Support housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and formulas
  • Ability to safely work with chemicals, equipment, and industrial machinery
  • Willingness to work 2nd shift, flexible schedules, and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or chemical plant experience
  • Technical or manufacturing training
  • Forklift experience or certification
