About the role

Responsibilities

  • Guide and maintain automatic and manual chemical process systems in accordance with operating procedures and programmable logic control devices
  • Follow specifications, job orders, and recipes to produce products according to ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems
  • Perform liquid and chemical batch manufacturing while monitoring process variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates
  • Route product samples for quality control inspection and complete regular preventive maintenance
  • Handle first-line troubleshooting for equipment malfunctions and computer program issues
  • Support company safety and environmental standards, including proper waste disposal and maintaining a clean work area
  • Work a 12-hour Dupont Schedule involving day-night rotation

Requirements

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of Industrial Manufacturing experience
  • Proven experience with C1D1 and C1D2 Explosion Proof environments, specifically regarding hazardous material handling and solvent extraction
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and good written communication skills
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime

  • Deep understanding of chemical processes and equipment
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to prioritize time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
