About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide and maintain automatic and manual chemical process systems in accordance with operating procedures and programmable logic control devices
- Follow specifications, job orders, and recipes to produce products according to ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems
- Perform liquid and chemical batch manufacturing while monitoring process variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates
- Route product samples for quality control inspection and complete regular preventive maintenance
- Handle first-line troubleshooting for equipment malfunctions and computer program issues
- Support company safety and environmental standards, including proper waste disposal and maintaining a clean work area
- Work a 12-hour Dupont Schedule involving day-night rotation
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of Industrial Manufacturing experience
- Proven experience with C1D1 and C1D2 Explosion Proof environments, specifically regarding hazardous material handling and solvent extraction
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and good written communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime

- Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to prioritize time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
