About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate the high purity hydrogen peroxide purification process and batching system
- Manage material transfers, including unloading incoming railcars and loading outgoing ISOtainers or tankers
- Perform sampling using established procedures and conduct basic laboratory testing
- Execute line ups, identify valves and piping, and operate the tank farm
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and upkeep of operations equipment
- Follow all general safety and quality requirements, including participating in safety investigations
- Assist senior operators with LOTO, car seals, and work permitting processes
- Maintain plant housekeeping to ensure a safe and healthy high-purity environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, climb stairs, and engage in routine outdoor activities
