About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts by building strong relationships and providing daily customer service and troubleshooting
- Act as the primary liaison between Henkel and client personnel, including EHS, Purchasing, and end-users
- Lead and delegate continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives
- Oversee and audit on-site Tier II suppliers regarding sales, service, and technical support
- Provide technical support and participate in chemical-related decision-making processes
- Assist EHS teams with chemical approval processes, reviews, and procurement in compliance with safety regulations
- Represent Henkel in client meetings to support projects, material expedites, and service resolutions
Requirements
- Associates degree or higher in Chemistry, Operations, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (engineering, technical sales, or operations)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work onsite at the customer facility in San Antonio, TX
