Chemical Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

• Create and utilize advanced tools to monitor client installations globally
• Monitor client systems, triage alarms, and send notifications to customers and sales teams regarding system anomalies
• Detect, diagnose, and respond to system anomalies in real-time to optimize performance remotely
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and pre-launch testing
• Manage user feedback and bugs by creating tickets in Azure DevOps and validating resolutions
• Provide high-quality support via live chat and priority service channels
• Evaluate the status of IoT applications at client sites and generate reports based on telemetry data
• Train users and guide them through Buckman Digital applications

Requirements

• Currently studying Chemical Engineering
• Availability for an internship lasting 1 to 2 years
• Conversational English skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and proactive mindset
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of programming
• Knowledge of electronics
