Chemical Cleaning Sector Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize human and material resources based on project schedules and site requirements
• Provide local management to teams, including supervising work, managing time tracking, and supporting professional development
• Manage the equipment fleet to ensure availability, compliance, and regular maintenance
• Oversee financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring project profitability
• Maintain high-quality client relationships and act as a key point of contact
• Drive sector development by identifying new opportunities, prospecting clients, and providing cost estimates
• Enforce strict QHSE standards and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment

Requirements

• Bac+2/5 degree in process engineering, chemistry, or industrial maintenance
• Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial environments, preferably in refining, chemical, or petrochemical sectors
• Proven expertise in business management, including prospecting, quoting, negotiation, and margin control
• Technical mastery of chemical cleaning processes (reagents, inhibition, neutralization, rinsing) on exchangers, columns, tanks, and boilers
• Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating teams and conducting safety briefings
• Exemplary commitment to QHSE rigor, including documentation traceability and permit preparation
