Chemical Burner Operator

Responsibilities

• Move bulk trailers to and from the truck bay following safety rules
• Unload raw materials and load bulk trailers following SOPs
• Manufacture finished products using production equipment according to worksheets
• Create schedules for incoming/outgoing materials and manufactured products
• Maintain and update chemical inventory on PRISM system
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and company safety/regulatory programs
• Perform safety inspections and participate in preventative maintenance

Requirements

• 2+ years of Delta V experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand or walk up to 12 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times and 100 lbs occasionally
• Ability to climb steps and ladders up to 40 feet
• Ability to wear a respirator for up to 4 hours a day
• Must meet DOT vision requirements
• No contact lenses allowed due to safety concerns

Preferred Qualifications

• Chemical manufacturing experience
