Chefs, Utilities, Housekeepers and Lifeguards

Responsibilities

• Chefs: Deliver high-quality meals for breakfast, crib, and dinner while maintaining food safety and HACCP standards.
• Lifeguards: Provide pool supervision and ensure safety within aquatic areas.
• Housekeeping Utility: Perform room cleaning, common area maintenance, and industrial laundry services.
• Catering Utility: Assist with food preparation, dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, and dining room maintenance.
• All roles: Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work a 14:7 DIDO roster (14 days onsite, 7 days off) traveling from Adelaide.
• Physical fitness and ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol assessments).
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
• For Chefs: Australian Trade Qualification (Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher) and experience in high-volume catering.
• For Lifeguards: Current Bronze Medallion and First Aid Certificate.
• Previous DIDO or Defence contract experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning/housekeeping.
• Food handling background for catering roles.
• Prior experience working within a Defence environment.
