Chef·fe de projet Données de santé (RWD)

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement innovative solutions to meet internal business needs and track project milestones.
• Support the establishment of partnerships with data producers (data warehouses, biology labs, software editors) to enable Real World Evidence (RWE) studies.
• Execute end-to-end data analysis, from source identification to the formalization of results using open-access resources and KPIs.
• Conduct active monitoring of the health data landscape, including new players, regulatory evolutions, and technological trends.
• Identify opportunities for deploying AI to enhance data analysis and project management.
• Manage and enrich the internal platform for open-access resources, contributing to new feature development and user adoption.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4 minimum) with a scientific background (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Health Informatics, Data Science, or Epidemiology).
• Knowledge of health data regulations regarding collection, usage, and publication.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, specifically Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency with digital collaborative tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or training with Dataiku.
• Ability to communicate complex technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
