Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all stewarding activities, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the stewarding team
• Create service schedules to ensure adequate operational coverage
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
• Control stock of utensils, kitchen equipment, and cleaning materials
• Conduct regular inventories and organize warehouses
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Monitor consumption of cleaning products to optimize costs and minimize breakage

Requirements

• Experience in stewarding, hospitality, or large-scale restaurants
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of cleaning products, kitchen equipment, and stock management
• Proficiency with stock management systems
• Valid driver's license
• Availability to work flexible hours
