About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen department
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with brand standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction
- Assist in controlling food costs, stock levels, and waste
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and all relevant legislation
- Support audit requirements by maintaining accurate documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment (banquet and à la carte)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events
- Passion for food, quality, and continuous learning
