Responsibilities

  • Elaborate weekly schedules to ensure adequate staffing
  • Manage, supervise, and motivate the pastry team to reach objectives
  • Define, create, and implement desserts for menus, banquets, and breakfasts
  • Supervise all culinary activities including preparation, plating, and distribution
  • Control food quality and ensure compliance with establishment standards
  • Adapt creative pastry offerings based on customer evolution
  • Communicate with the front-of-house staff regarding daily suggestions
  • Enforce hygiene (HACCP), safety, and internal regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example
  • Knowledge and application of HACCP standards
  • Autonomous, organized, and professional demeanor
  • Passionate about pastry and culinary excellence
