Responsibilities
- Elaborate weekly schedules to ensure adequate staffing
- Manage, supervise, and motivate the pastry team to reach objectives
- Define, create, and implement desserts for menus, banquets, and breakfasts
- Supervise all culinary activities including preparation, plating, and distribution
- Control food quality and ensure compliance with establishment standards
- Adapt creative pastry offerings based on customer evolution
- Communicate with the front-of-house staff regarding daily suggestions
- Enforce hygiene (HACCP), safety, and internal regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example
- Knowledge and application of HACCP standards
- Autonomous, organized, and professional demeanor
- Passionate about pastry and culinary excellence
